What I like Japanese to, it is refinement in the nitty-gritty details.
Every cake is fixed on a tiny cardboard with a top of chocolate cream filling to stabilise it. As I had only three cakes as a box that can contain 4, every room was Scotch-taped in the box to support return in TGV. Certainly I buy cakes only very seldom, and can be that others have the same technology, but it was the first one. Everything is optimised for the comfort of contents and of packaging!

    Good morning Mercotte!
    my darling gave me last Saturday an assortment of pastries Sadaharu Aoki for my birthday, of which Zen and Duomo chewed azuki! It is Zen that I preferred He had also chosen what they introduced him as the speciality of Aoki, the Bamboo ( "opera" chewed) and the millefeuille chewed who very much pleased me, although I am not fan of usual puff pastry

  2. For me feuillantine sugared, dacquoise the rest in hazelnuts, strawberries agreed, am not sure, but I think that they are the mm opinion!! Presentation and colours are very very nice!

    Good night Mercotte all this makes dream about the pitiful cook who I am. Already to make the assemblage of this gateau parried me impossible. When they are tr s agile there +!!!!
