Duet of zucchinis!

As promised, here is report for Cl a of the tasting of its gratin of zucchinis " Bio " and of my habitual crumble of zucchini!
Two had an equal success last night! A little of surprise at the beginning for new version.mais good evaluation in the final!
I served them with the back of cod in broad beans, wipe small custards and in the garlic.

To the left the gratin of Cl a and of course the recipe The recipe:
Apparatus for 2 crumbles:
100g of flour, 100g of salt butter, 75g of breadcrumbs, 40g of grated cool Parmesan.
5 small not picked firm zucchinis, 2 hacked shallots, 80g of Parmesan in shaving, the basil or some hacked tarragon, salt, pepper.
Grate zucchinis and make go them back some minutes to the frying pan with shallots, add grated parmesan and chosen grass. Drain preparation a bit and divide the whole in 1 dish with gratin, recuperate with the apparatus in crumble, of a bit with Parmesan, d 1 net of oil and cook 30mn in 185 .
My cooking: On the contrary, I channel-flicked the oven and ended the cooking of 2 gratins in the microphone waves, linked functions: grillroom + microwaves + 6eme sense, and this clever apparatus in deciding that 5mn was amply sufficient to obtain an ideal result!
Economic therefore in comparison with the 45mn of oven for the recipe of Cl a and 35mn for mine!
